Which
type of breast implants are less likely to ripple or to be visible?
There are now three types of
implants available. These are saline, traditional gel, and form stable
implants. Rippling is more seen in saline. It is significantly more than either
one of the gels. The memory stable gels are probably the less likely. The
memory gel implants represent an improvement in implants but they are
predominantly for a niche part of the market. They are most ideal for
relatively tight skinned envelope ladies who do not want a particularly large
implant. This combination is less likely to have rippling anyways but the
implant itself would also have less.
